Gas Direct Injection

GDI is a sample pre-treatment equipment that enables the direct introduction of a gas sample to an ICP-OES or an ICP-MS. It is a device that eliminates sample preparation for gas metal analysis delivering accurate and reproducible results.

Principles of Operation

Gas samples are injected directly into GDI through gas valve box (include MFC) at its own pressure, and the injected gaseous sample is exchanged by high purified Ar gas without loss of particles through a membrane with controlled temperature.
